MOQ & Ordering

Minimum quantities and order requirements

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our MOQ varies by product type:

  • Standard silicone tubes & profiles: 100 meters per size
  • Custom molded parts: 500-1,000 pcs (depends on mold complexity)
  • Foamed silicone sheets/strips: 50 kg per specification

For trial orders or new partnerships, contact us -- we're flexible for qualified buyers.

Can I mix different sizes or colors in one order? +
Yes. Mixed orders are accepted for standard catalog products, provided each variant meets the per-SKU minimum. For custom specifications, each unique size or color is treated as a separate item with its own MOQ.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services? +
Absolutely. We provide full OEM and ODM support -- from product design and mold development to mass production with your branding. Our engineering team can work from your drawings, samples, or concept descriptions. Custom packaging and labeling are also available.
What customization options are available? +
We can customize: dimensions (ID, OD, wall thickness, length), hardness (Shore A 20-80), color (Pantone matching available), material grade (industrial / food-grade / medical-grade), surface finish, and structure (single-lumen, multi-lumen, braided, foamed, corrugated).

Lead Time & Delivery

Production schedules and delivery timelines

What is the standard production lead time? +
  • Standard catalog products: 7-15 business days
  • Custom extrusion products (new spec): 15-25 business days
  • Custom molded parts (new mold): 20-35 business days (includes mold making)

Lead time starts after order confirmation and deposit received.

Can you handle urgent or rush orders? +
Yes. With 20 extrusion lines and 12 vulcanization units running continuously, we have strong capacity to accommodate urgent orders. Rush orders may be subject to a priority production fee. Please contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
How do you ensure on-time delivery? +
We maintain a 3,600-ton annual output capacity with all production fully in-house -- no outsourcing. Each order is assigned a dedicated production schedule. You'll receive regular production updates, and we provide shipping documents and tracking information promptly upon dispatch.

Sampling & Prototyping

Free samples, prototypes, and mold development

Do you provide free samples? +

Yes. We offer free prototyping and sample production for serious buyers evaluating our products for bulk orders. Standard catalog samples are provided free of charge; you only cover the courier cost. For custom samples requiring new mold development, a refundable mold deposit may apply.

Mold costs are typically refunded upon placing a confirmed bulk order.

How long does it take to receive a sample? +
  • Standard catalog samples: Ready within 3-5 business days
  • Custom extrusion samples: 5-10 business days
  • Molded part samples (new mold): 10-15 business days
Can you develop a product from my drawing or physical sample? +
Yes. Our engineering team can develop products from: technical drawings (2D/3D CAD files), physical samples you send us, or detailed written specifications. We will confirm dimensions, material grade, and tolerances before production begins.
What certifications can be provided for sampled materials? +
We can provide material test reports and certificates for: ISO 9001, FDA (food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), RoHS, REACH, and SGS. Please specify your target market when requesting samples so we can prepare the appropriate documentation.

Payment Terms

Accepted methods and payment conditions

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept the following payment methods:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer) -- most common for B2B
  • L/C (Letter of Credit) -- for large orders (typically USD 50,000+)
  • PayPal / Western Union -- for small sample orders only
  • Alibaba Trade Assurance -- available for verified platform orders
What are your standard payment terms? +
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid before shipment (against copy of B/L or shipping documents). For long-term partners with established credit, we may offer net payment terms on a case-by-case basis.
In which currency do you invoice? +
We primarily invoice in USD (US Dollar). EUR and other major currencies can be arranged upon request. All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date due to potential raw material price fluctuations.
